This weekend we had the International dog show held in my home town for the first time ever, along with the tradional national all breeds show. These shows were held in a wonderful venue and all in all was a success.
Lhasa apsos were judged by Mrs. Ramunė Kazlauskaitė of Lithuania and Mrs. Ligita Zake of Latvia. The breed results were the same with Sky winning Best of Breed and Silverado winning Best Junior of Breed both days.
This makes Silverado a new Lithuanian Junior Champion and he can now be confirmed Latvian, Estonian and Baltic Junior Champion too!

Sunday was even better for our little boy team as Silverado placed Best Junior in Show 3rd under Mr. Zoran Brankovich of Serbia and Sky placed Best in Show 4th under Mr. Guido Vandoni of Italy, winning the Group under Mrs. Ramunė Kazlauskaitė.
Sky was shown by Diana Vasiliauskaitė on the day. She is such a great handler and a friend of mine. We met each other at the junior handling play ground and 15 years later we both are still around. She is more than just a dog show friend. Can't tell you enough what an excitement it was... I think the photos say it all.
